Autumn Insight Meditation Retreat led by Hugh Tennent

25 April 2018 to 29 April 2018

The Heart of Awareness

An opportunity to explore and practise a simple, open, moment to moment engagement with one’s experience and with nature.

Based on the wisdom and compassion teachings of; the Buddha, this orientation and guidance allows for a direct and accepting relationship with experience. From this base we can recognise and free ourselves from deep patterns of reactivity that are not serving us,  and awaken to our inherent goodness, and natural ease.

The retreat offers a safe and supportive container, is conducted primarily in silence,  and includes meditation, dharma talks,  walking periods, and opportunities for one to one guidance and group discussions.

There will be opportunities to practise together and individually at your own rhythm.

It is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators alike.
