This experiential workshop retreat offers a unique approach to meditation. You will be guided through simple, easy and original creative processes to facilitate personal discovery and cultivate depth of perception.

This three day retreat is only a 1 hour drive from Wellington and is your opportunity to take time out from the pressure and routine of daily life and discover the peaceful, healing inner world of meditation as a pathway to self-discovery and personal development. Come and enjoy a great venue in a beautiful environment, delicious food and fellowship!

Meditation has been proven to be highly effective for reducing stress, relieving anxiety, reducing depression, and increasing feelings of well-being. It can awaken a sense of gratitude, empathy, self-control, presence of mind and personal empowerment.

Commences 10am Friday and concludes 4pm Sunday
