Riverslea Retreat, near to the Kapiti coast,  is a natural place for groups to meet, work and relax together.
 

Cuisine

We can provide catering to meet your requirements including breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon tea. Everything is home-made in our kitchen using fresh produce that is grown in our garden or locally grown and organic where possible.

Cooking is not only our passion but so too is the organic produce we source. We use bio-dynamic preparations in our garden and source produce from many growers in the Levin, Otaki, Te Horo and Raumati areas. We grow a variety culinary and wild herbs, garlic, pumpkin, zucchini, runner beans, broad beans, leek, silverbeet, swiss chard, cavlo nero, cucumbers, celery, spring onions, shallots.

We locally source olive oil, apple cidar vinegar, walnuts, hazlenuts, raspberries, blueberries, apples, feijoas, beetroot, brocolli, cauliflower, tomatoes, basil, potatoes, mesclun, raspberry jam and honey just to name a few.

Chris prepares our fresh cheeses such as ricotta, quark, panir and yoghurt.

We specialise in vegetarian Mediterranean food.
